Yesterday I caught Bistrita on chat and we chatted about a lot of things. This I think belongs to the General dimplomacy:

Bistrita: ot4e needs to take like half French to be any factor later in the game

anyway if french take any zulu city
we will declare at once
we have to see our interest first

to the whole world. that we wont tolerate small games at our expense.

2metraninja: lol, ot4e asked me if we are ready to give money to Germans so they build quechuas and upgrade to axes
I said we can afford giving money, but not throwing them out of the window

2metraninja: now speaking of allies... our closest allies - they screw geopolitics constantly. Both CP and Poly. they both signed NAPs with French and Germans
in normal situation I would had dismised them both for only 1 such fail
