My concern was mostly about the form of "badmouthing" the CivFr, not about the merit.

Anyway, we can try just for the pure fan of it:

You missed one grammar mistake there. It should be: ALLYOURSHEEPAREBELONGTOUS!

    It's not a mistake;)

SpAp says "sheeps" rather than the grammatically correct "sheep"

Also, one of the things that makes the AYBABTU line so iconic and hillarious is the presence of incorrect grammar.:)

So for those two reasons...ALLYOURSHEEPSAREBELONGTOUS is definitely the way to say it.

I didn't mean that you had a grammar mistake, but that in the original the predicate is in plural and the subject is not (i.e. an extra grammar mistake). But now that you point it out, I do remember that plural of the sheep is sheep  So, yeah. No modifications required. The grammar is as bad as it gets.

We got mail from Spaniards. Should we make them do something like make an oath to keep our interests from now on or something like this before they join our team? Should we ask Plako? What was the rule for refugees at all?

Yes, let's please let them join with no conditions. I would love for the Spaniards to join our team. The rules state that any members from a dead team can join any other team they want.

That is just for personal reasons. These guys are really fun to play with! Strategically, we can get all sorts of info about what the other teams were saying to the Spaniards, RB and civfr especially

Yeah, I was about to ask if we repeated our invitation. I am only a bit worried about them reading SpAp thread - we have been a bit unkind at times ;). Perhaps close it initially, why the emotions may be still raw?

Reading this thread is probably the main reason they want to join! I don't think there's any need to close it. Maybe just edit in a greeting message at the beginning welcoming them to our team and letting them know what a great time we have had playing the game with them. I'm sure they'll understand that they'll see angry posts and criticisms of their play in here. After all, it's our private team sub forum. This is the place where we're allowed to post like that.

I don't think much of what we said could be much more rude than this:
So I say let them be welcome and if any has hurt feelings about past words, just let him say so and the two people can talk it over in private (or public if necessary/desired). We will be team mates with them now, so we should treat them so.

Wow, Moineau was really mean and rude :( - have not seen that one, but he is definitely not a role model.

My Spanish is a little rusty and I'm not sure I could capture all the intricacies of your revised message. That's why I kept it simple and to-the-point. However, I did edit in your version as the "English translation". Hopefully that will be good enough :)
