Is the removal of tables intentional?

The second option was particularly helpful in being able to quickly create tables without having to muck around with all that tr/td nonsense.

Several suggestions:

1. The Rich Text Editor is nice, but has extraordinarily limited functionality. For every BB code available for use there should be a corresponding UI option in the RTE, otherwise what's the point?
2. There should be a link to a BB code reference directly from the RTE/BB Code Editors
3. Please bring back a way to use tables...
4. I second all those wishing for Tapatalk integration again, as it is far easier to use than the website even though it is now mobile friendly.
5. A tutorial going over important xenforo features would be nice for users
6. The next time the site will be down for an extended period of time, could we get a heads up?

I just wanted to say, THANKS. vBulletin was horrible - maybe some vetarans here were used to it but after spending almost 2 years on [Xenforo format] Paradox forums I have found Civ Fanatics forums to be horribly anachronic, outdated, non ergonomic and just poor to use when compared to more modern software such as Xenforo. I've been on numerous forums when they awere changing from vBulletin to Xenforo and the latter is superior in every regard. Now the forums are even greater than before

Another forum I occasionally check seems to have suddenly switched to XenForo at almost the same exact time over these past few days. Curious if there is some underlying reason making sites switch right now. Might be just coincidence of course.

I don't mind the change really. Seems it needs a good deal of work to smooth various small issues out though. Mostly I just want the slightly darker background color back. My eyes are hurting.

Edit: Also I much prefer having page numbers on threads displayed constantly rather than hover-over. Never thought about it before, but now that it's gone it really hurts my browsing somehow with the lack of awareness of what the "big" threads on a page are at a glance.

Edit: Okay, I've discovered what you've done. Home is no longer the actual home page. However I am not a "new member" which the software seems to think I am.

Wow. It's so weird seeing Civfanatics on XenForo. It just doesn't look right and it feels... off. I'm not sure how to take this change. I'll get used to it for sure, but it'll take a while.

One complaint I have is that the Report, Like, Reply, etc. buttons are just links at the bottom of posts instead of full-fledged buttons. Maybe that'll get fixed in the future, but for now they are too non-significant.

Also, the default light grey background makes all the text hard to see. It strains my eyes.

Other than that, with some ironing out, this could be good.

It took me 10 minutes to get to this page on my phone. I'm not happy at all. I hate phone browsers... Any of them. I had to close out twice and read the browser.

not sure what you are referring to. I changed thread titles all the time.
