1) I don't find the quote option, only the post reply
2) also don't find option to disable flash in profile, in my firefoy it always pops up when I visit here again, so now I set a block in Firefox, but it's no solution overall.
3) also there is no longer an information of a poster, since when he is member and how much postings he made.

If you hit the reply button at any of the posts, it will automatically quote it.

The stickied threads for a number of sub-forums don't seem to have migrated over.

1. Is this something we will need to redo on a individual basis?
2. Or is it yet to be done?
3. Or is not possible to have stickied threads with xenforo?

This new forum software is very flashy though. Lots of alerts and popups and bells and whistles all over. Stresses me out.

It does not appear to be a browser caching issue; I have clear my cache, and also tried on both my laptop and two browsers on my desktop - the report button doesn't appear for me in either case.

Hi,

I cannot download a single item anymore (This was not a problem on the old civfanatics). All download links lead to errors, saying the file could not be found (even if they are super recent ones). It may be due to my strict university internet, which is provided by JANET, and likes to block stuff that isn't hosted on the right port. Please could you fix this? I loved civfanatics before but this problem has made it practically unusable.

Alerts do apparently get sent if your post is quoted. However, this seems a little redundant if you're also getting alerts for every new reply in the thread.

Huh. Seems it just hides my posts, so following the arrow on the quote back to my posts results in:

@Cheetah - the report system does work. Even though I can't yet report posts myself, I can see your report (and reports of others), and deal with them. The report system is quite different on our end, however.

Also, if you @ and then someone's username, I think they get an alert.

You can deactivate nearly all of that in your profile settings.

There doesn't seem to be an option to change one's signature either.

Trying to access the page manually ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/account/avatar ) gives another permission error.

@Cheetah - Yes, I did. But this may have something to do with how your 'Alert Preferences' are set.

There should also be an alert from me editing your post.

Edit: Using that link brings up a standalone page for reporting though. Just clicking the Report link opens a popup to write in.
