Freak Dancing - Too Hot For Highschool

It's how you dance these days, you either accept it, or stay years in the past.

For Skadistic and his Christian Dictionary, the past doesn't extend past the last 100 years so you must understand his inability to understand other cultures and the evolution of dance and ritual. 'Dry-humping' is hardly something in dance that hasn't been practiced before or beat my more sexually explicit actions.

Dry humping and dancing are pretty much the same thing yes. But that's how people dance. And nobody can change that overnight. Besides, as long it doesn't get people raped, murdered, assulted, or knocked up, is it really harmful at all. (don't talk about religon because I don't share your belifs)

Personally, I don't think there's any reason for kids to dance like that. I also don't think the principal should be having to say something. The parents should have taught them before then.

I agree. Dance culture (if you can call it that) is piss poor nowadays for the younger set. I miss a good real dance.

I agree with skadistic. It's just lazy. There's no need to confuse dancing and sex, both are better separated. I for one am proud that I can actually dance. EDIT: And I do actually dance at my school dances.

I have no problem with the clothing though.

Okay "dry humping" might be a bit of an exageration. But the thing is that other forms of dance are usally not approprite for the music, and usally not enjoyable. If you think you can make people dance in a diffrent way then you're wrong. Look, dancing isn't harmful anyway, why care?

I don't miss how people use to dance, they still dance like that. This thing you call dance wich is dry humping and little more is not apropriate for a school dance. If by "taking it out on the kids" you mean wanting to instill some decorum, respect and class then yes I will continue take it out on the kids. This princapal did everything right.

No doubt you should see the partys we throw here in Vegas regeton-hip hop - salsa/merenge - cumbia even the clasical mexican stuff*. And everyone dance mexican,filipino,black,white it's a thing of beauty. It's so weird for me to here anyone say anything prudish or racist because being from vegas I've never heard it. - I think people get a bad impression of the U.S. from the Internet we all get along much better than you would think.

*Yes I am serious we have radio stations who would throw partys for the under 18 crowd and entire high schools would go - as it turns out the black guys are good at dancing to that too
