I am not sure if this is the correct thread to ask this question but here goes... I would to know how can we introduce a "table" in a message. In prvious versions it was possible so I assume it is still possible. I'm just not sure how to do it...

Table entries are separated by | and there is no need for tr and /tr tags. Below is your table formatted for this site, along with the corresponding plain text, so you can replicate it elsewhere:

to add simple instructions, but I get the message that my post cannot be edited as it is spam-like or contains inappropriate content, although I just wrote completely normal instructions.
What's up with that?

It is part of the spam protection built into the site software. Spammers commonly place links in their posts so anything with a link or a picture gets sent to the moderation queue, in fact your post above was in the queue, for approval by a moderator before it becomes public. I have approved your posts, so they show to others now. Have manually changed your permissions, you should be all set now. Welcome to CivFanatics and happy posting.

Does search work under this forum software? I tried to find all the threads I've started and I keep getting no results. Then I tried to get any results based on key words and still get zip. What am I missing?

Have you tried clicking the 'Postings' tab on your profile? There should be a list of recent posts, and then at the bottom in grey text there should be 'Find all threads by Birdjaguar'.

It works fine for me - however when I try to search for yours, I can only find threads you've created since 2010 for some reason (presumably you didn't decide to create your first thread 9 years after joining). So if the thread you're trying to find was created in the last 7 years it should work, if not... dunno

Thanks. I did as you suggested and the results were only 60 threads. Clearly, it is missing many. The threads I'm looking for are not there. Did you see my "How to find a job (or not)" thread?
