Can i just remind everyone that the concept artist is a professional and it is highly unlikely that she has had concept art for a new leader on her website before release. That's not how things work in the professional field.

I think it should be noted that they re-added the link to the YouTube channel. I can't remember off the top of my head the speculation in the old thread as to why it may have been removed, but the fact that it's back now could also potentially be another sign that a reveal is coming up in short order.

Although I'd say there is a small (probably very small) chance that the powers that be saw that concept art and asked her to develop it into leader art after the fact. I agree she totally wouldn't have put it out if she did it for Firaxis originally.

Interesting question.

I expect that the First Look videos can be put together at home, but the livestreams will probably be a little different. I don't know exactly how Twitch etc work, but I don't think I've ever seen a livestream from more than one point of origin.

So they will probably cut the format down to a single person narrating, answering questions, and playing at the same time.

I suppose it will also depend on how long stay-at-home orders are in effect. It may be a moot point if FXS is back to work by the time they're ready to start releasing First Looks, Livestreams, etc.

Instead of just waiting patiently, now I'm whipping myself into a fanatic frenzy for being now sure that next week there shall be a teaser or announcement!
