Ur last vote was around 22:00 yesterday nd today u posted around 15:00 ....I don't know how r u calculating but it appears 16-17 hours time difference between ur votes.

I don't know what happened but time stamp of my last post did indeed change from 11AM to 4AM (???) so it seems you are right, I just got confused by time zones and forgot when I voted yesterday, my bad. lol
I guess something is weird with time zones calculations on this forum.

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [23]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [4-3=1] This ability must've snuck by because it definitely doesn't deserve to be this high. It would be better if it also provided a way to acquire desert tiles faster, like a 50% discount, and you can't just throw gold at otherwise useless tiles because you need that gold to make up for your lack of production. As it stands it is only really good later in the game because it requires you to be sending international trade routes, which are less good early game.
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [31+1=32] This civ is so well designed. The bonus amenities help with a domination civ, and trying to get a copy of each amenity in your territory is like a quest that actually makes you want to play into the late game.
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [26]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [23]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [14]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [25]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [20]

Also, I wish I could downvote twice, cause how is it possible that Harald is that high?

3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [23]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [2] = 1 + 1 So glad this made it past Dido and Vic. Potential max +8 trade routes compared to their max +4 (on standard map). Also beyond extra routes, better routes! Synergizes with Mali desert start bias and civ ability for founding desert cities. Operates independently from the Mali production malus. Effectively gives Mali the best trade routes in the game, bar none. Great Zimbabwe doesn't even come close, and GZ isn't even a guarantee whereas Mali is practically guaranteed at least one mega desert city. Is further fueled by Mali UB being a half cost commercial hub. Bonus points for strongly changing the way this Civ plays/approaches the game.
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [23] = 26 - 3. Agree with prior poster about diminished relative value. Spamming builders with Monumentality, Liang, and +2 charge card compromise this single extra charge's worth.
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [23]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [14]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [25]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [20]

Sorry for Red. I'm on mobile and don't know how to format.

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [20] (23 - 3) Time for all these abilities that depend on a specific activity that requires a serious commitment to a playstyle. A peaceful builder will get nothing from this.
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [2]
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24] (23 + 1) Since when can't China use monumentality too and why wouldn't they?
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [23]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [14]

4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [17] (20-3) I know it will surprise a lot of people, but... As I try to play gently and diplomatically with my neighbors, I rarely get attacked, and I never go to war with anyone, even less to liberate cities. This 100% production bonus is great, but I never had it in any of my playthrough. Does not fit at all for me with other uniques of the civ, IMO.
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [3] (2+1) Like I red from some people, Sahel Merchants allows Mali to have a tremendous amount of trade routes that can be very profitable. I never had more gold per turn only through trades routes than Mali. Plus it synergizes well with other uniques of the Civ, so, for me, it's one of the best left (I know it's probably already lost for Mansa Musa, but I wanted to give him a vote before he disappeared).
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [23]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [14]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [25]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [20]

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]

20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [3]
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [23]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [14]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22] (25 - 3) This ability isn't bad at all, but neither are the others. I'm downvoting this one because it's kind of boring.
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [21] (20 + 1) I feel bad that I keep voting for this ability, but it's just so very good. I don't at all understand why anyone is downvoting it. Culture is by far the most important economy in the early game. Getting a free Monument in every city is huge. More Culture gets you governor titles and Political Philosophy before anyone else, which is a great advantage. Who cares if the Culture is less relevant on turn 100? By then, you're way ahead of the competition because of your big early advantage.

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [17]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [4] = 3 + 1 Not ready to see this go. It works well with the civ kit. And essentially gold = production with this civ. This works all game long, not under certain conditions like John Curtain.
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [23]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [11] = 14 - 3 Kind of boring, and the 2nd part you may not want to go for a cultural victory making national parks kind of useless (yeah they give amenities, but I don't know anyone who builds them unless going for CV).
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [21]

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]

13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [17]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [1] (4-3) This has lasted a while but it's not as strong as the rest.
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [8]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [24] (23+1) I downvoted this earlier and got a few people saying I was overstimating the investment to get Ibrahim working. So I rolled an Ottoman game and I was totally wrong. So here's an apologetic upvote.
38. Shaka - Amabutho [22]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [11]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [21]

Edit: Added back Tomyris and Trajan at correct scores. - I guess I cut them off by accident

19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [17]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
23. Mansa Musa - Sahel Merchants [0] (1-3) ELIMINATED. Thematic but way weaker than Dido's ability, which is already gone. Not as helpful in the early game, when internal trade routes are more useful (even for Mali).
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [26]

41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [22] (21+1) Very strong culture ability for the early game where it counts the most.

Added in Tomyris and Trajan, missing from Leucarum's post.

37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [24]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23] (22+1) --- One of the last explosive warmonger abilities in a post cav nerf world.
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [8] (11-3) --- Lingering here too long.
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [22]

37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [24]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [8]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [23] (22+1) Not as strong as in R&F, but still essential for a good old Legion rush.

19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [17]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [27] = 26 + 1. Allows you monopolize all the city-states, gain some super-powered mercenary units, and tactically wipe your enemies off the map. Powerful and fun ability.
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [5]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [24]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [8]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [20] = 23 - 3. People like Trajan's ability because it's free early game culture. Gorgo's ability is free early game culture. People don't like Gorgo's ability because its impact deceases as the game progresses. The impact of Trajan's ability decreases as the game progresses. Gorgo is eliminated. Trajan sits above 20 points. Not sure I understand the thread's collective logic regarding these two leaders.

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [14]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [18] (17+1) I don't really view this as a warmongering ability, because you're not the one declaring war. It will certainly give those who would declare war against you or your city states allies pause, though, because that's one heck of a big bonus.
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [27]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [32]

35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [5]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [24]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [8]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [17] (20-3) I think this is fine but it's probably one of the weakest left on the list IMO. Helpful very early in the game but quickly loses it's luster.

29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [5]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [25] [24+1] This ability fits the current meta like a glove, as cities have become harder to conquer over the years. The governor destroys city centers while the Janissary is one of the better UUs in the game. Cheaper, upgradeable, stronger. Melee units have come a long way.
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [5] [8-3] +5 on your home continent is nice for defending your cap and conquering your continent mid game. Quickly runs out of steam when conquering distant lands, and, if you play peacefully, you may never need this at all. The +1 appeal's impact is very limited and the Rough Rider's hodgepodge of abilities are simply unneeded. My defenses are already in place at that point. If they replaced the Cavalry...better.

25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani 33[32+1]attack!
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24] yes china can buy builders with faith, but they produce vastly less faith than most civs is my point
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [5]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [25]
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary 2[5-3]appeal bonus comes too late in game
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [17]
poor mansa musa people don't understand the power of a potential +42 per trade route

4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [11] 14-3 Early game faith is nice, and purchasing naval units with it is nice, but not as good as early game culture
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [18]

38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [2]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]
42. Trajan - Trajan's Column [18] 17+1 People sleep on the power of instant free monuments the instant you settle a city.

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [11]
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [15] 18 - 3; Not as strong as it used to be as they've made the AI increasingly peaceful. My last deity game I was sandwiched between Montezuma and Genghis and neither even declared war on me! Even attempting to goad and denounce doesn't even work, and it feels somewhat cheap to do so just to try and trigger this. They still reliable snag City States to liberate, but the continued lack of CS in the 'liberation' casus belli makes that more challenging (fixing that would improve this and Scotland's LUA)
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [27]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [33]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [24]
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [5]
37. Suleiman - Grand Vizier [26] 25 +1 - As someone who hates microing governors and moving them around, I think this is actually one of the best designed governors (well Pingala can also just sit in one place). Some limited forward movement during wartime, or just assigning to an opponents capital for an extended diplomatic mission.
38. Shaka - Amabutho [23]
40. Teddy Roosevelt - Roosevelt Corollary [2]
41. Tomyris - Killer of Cyrus [22]

1. Alexander - To The World's End [24]
3. Catherine - Catherine's Flying Squadron [21]
4. Chandragupta - Arthashastra - [20]
6. Cyrus - Fall of Babylon [18]
13. Gitarja - Exalted Goddess of the Three Worlds [8] (11-3) I'm tempted to be facetious and say "there are other ways to get boats." But the real reason is previously stated, the need for instant naval units is too situational and the other benefits too unimpactful.
15. Harald Hardrada - Thunderbolt of the North [30]
16. Hojo Tokimune - Divine Wind [24]
19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [15]
20. Kristina - Minerva of the North [25]
24. Matthias Corvinus - Raven King [27]
25. Montezuma - Gifts for the Tlatoani [33]
29. Pericles - Surrounded by Glory [24]
33. Qin Shi Huang - The First Emperor [25] (24+1) I'm a bit baffled that I keep seeing this downvoted on the grounds that there are other ways to get builder charges. All of those methods stack with this. I don't see anyone downvoting Montezuma because there are other ways to get luxuries or combat strength, or Kristina because there are other ways to get tourism and culture.
35. Saladin - Righteousness of Faith [5]

19. John Curtin - Citadel of Civilization [16] (15 + 1) Just because a civ isn't like the Aztecs in terms of being geared towards domination, doesn't mean you can't go to war, especially if you have a neighbour who captures a city, where you can park your troops there to liberate, then let the enemy recapture it, and repeat. It may be gamey, but it is worth it for +100% Production.
