I found other bugs! 
1) having built The Temple of Artemis I acquired the policy which gives 2 defense units. Two archers appeared but completely inexperienced, they should have some from the wonder. In my previous game with the current updates I have seen this bug already.
I stopped playing at this moment, without any touch in lua.log. Next bug I found while going on playing this game.
2) I can't update scouts to sentinels, clicking in updating button gives no effect. Here is lua.log:

That lua.log file indicates you might have a mod loading problem. Try the things on the common checklist. I'd guess there are multiple versions of the mod installed in the mods folder, because the game's steam workshop integration is buggy and tends to install things wrong.

We build wonders with production, so production buildings are good for building wonders.
