Git Update Log

New update:
- included Roman Upper Egypt in the Byzantine flip
- player attributes are reset when a slot is reused for a new civilization (among other issues, this will prevent you being able to contact them, and them showing up in the scoreboard, before they have properly spawned)
- slots of dead civilizations that are still visible to the player (due to outdated maps) are not available for new civilizations

The last two changes are fairly invasive in how the spawn mechanism works, and I have not tested them extensively. So please let me know if they break somewhere else.

- improved the crusade event: only available to Orthodox and Catholic civs, always targets the Orthodox holy city, fixed condition to build the shrine, made it easier to trigger for AI civilizations, expires with Academia
- human player can refuse AI claims on cities owned by their vassals

I did not spend much time on properly testing the congress change, so please let me know if it works.

New update:
- added an interface notification when a city is renamed without changing owner (e.g. by changing eras or adopting communism)

Note: adding this option caused my game options to reset, including sound and graphics settings. That may have been due to how I experimented with implementing it, but it might affect everyone.

Also, the option only affects units set to intercept after it has been enabled, units already set to intercept will maintain the circling animation. After restarting/reloading the game the setting will be applied to all units.
