Well, yes. Dikaiosyne would be the obvious one. :)

You might also be interested in Dike, which typically (still) means Trial, yet it also refers (more strongly in the ancient era) to the whole need to fill a vacuum when injustice happens. Eg the Harpies and Herinyes were 'the representatives that bring one to trial/justice' (iirc). 'Ekdikoi' etc.
 
The deity herself is called Δίκη (Díkē) and she is in charge of human justice. Her mother Themis is in charge of divine justice.
