Percent of residents outside the territory? Sorry for the clunky wording. I mean someone who would be born in Nunavut, but then like 30% of those people move to somewhere else, whereas maybe only 5% of New Yorkers live outside New York.

EDIT: Do we have by chance a map of the US/Canada, or does the data exist world wide?

The data is worldwide for sure, but alchoholism it is not.

Emigration also interesting guess, but wrong. Both are on the right track, it's specifically a human behavior, to give another hint.

How do you figure? Squirrels aren't forbidden from buying guns in Canada, but they are definitely not allowed either. Those who are allowed are specifically spelled out in the law.

I was going to guess poverty then, but I strongly doubt it’s being classed here as a behavior.
