There's a rather disturbing rise in unnecessary c-sections. Since you got most of the answer and I just built on yours, I'll defer this next map to you.

Close enough, it's meat consumption where meat is defined as any animal flesh (as opposed to the word meat in English usually excluding fish and other seafood)

Luxembourg consumes 137 kg of meat per capita per year, 10% higher than #2, the US and Aussies at 123 kg
It correlates so well with the beer consumtion map !

I'm assuming he is somewhere at least close to his listed location, which would mean he is in my time zone. Even if he happens to be on the West Coast of North America or even Europe at the moment, I'm not going to be picky about a few hours. :p

It's some factor of Tories outbreeding other people.
Either birth rate or fertility or low mortality.
 
I can't imagine it's income. I don't see what's so lucrative about Cardigan Bay, as opposed to Cardiff and Newport!
 
cities seem to be lighter (worse) than their regions, also there's a north-south scaling where the South is better.

Something related to age? Number of senior citizens? Youth job market? Job market generally?
