Average or modal tenure of head of governments? China seems to have the biggest scales, and that would rhyme with the fact Chinese leaders usually stay around 12 years in office.
It has to do with the average amount of time per day people spend doing something.

I'm not sure honestly why China is ranked first but the data from Japan, South Korea, and France make sense. If you think about those countries you could probably guess it.
