HOF Version 3 - "Test Run"

We have a player to play one of the two minor civs: Aksully
He's told me he wants to play, although he hasn't posted in this thread yet.
I just PMed Semental asking if he would join us. I have to wait till tomorrow as I'm not with my civ-computer right now, so if he replies positively by that time we'll have 7 human players. If not, I guess I have to start the game with two AI civs, which means without Sully?

Ok, we can wait till tomorrow to start. BTW can everyone send me their
E-mail address (except That-guy, I already have yours) by PM and I will put together
an email list.
 
Greetings Ole Friends and Cheers from the UK!! Made the move here with my wife in May and having way too much fun! But sadly..my wife was selected to attend the Air Force's Air War College next June!!! A very big deal and prestigious honor! But means our tour here will be cut short by a year! Oh well! I will just have to make the most of the 8 months left here!

Btw, this is when I try to launch with the HOF_V3.00d_MP.biq file.
The HOF_V3.00a_MP.biq file worked fine

I guess the Nov. pre-turn rules are the same as in the HOF2 "Random" game?
If that's so and I've understood correctly, Japan is allowed to move all ships, exept subs, that starts at sea up to fore tiles, while transports and Invasion Fleets that start in port can use all their Movement Points. Land units that start in port cities may load unto transports or vonvoys, but not disembark. Correct?

I'll start playing now.

I guess maybe not, but I got it started now.

Haven't got Alexanders email yet so I'll post the save here.

Also I assumed we were using the nov 1941 pre-turn from the HOF2-games, then just before I finished moving my transport I noticed this version starts in december, which made me kind of uncertain (Pearl Harbor attack was in december wasn't it?)


Anyway, for our new players, here are those rules in case we're using them

Restrictions:

Japanese transports and invasion fleets can move their full movement.
Japanese land units which start the turn in a port may
board ships: they may not disembark.

Ships which start the turn at sea may move up to 4 tiles.
They cannot attack or bombard


No submarines or other ships may move.

No artillery bombardment.

No air mission of any type can be flown.

Guerilla and partisan units may move but cannot
attack or destroy improvements.


Other land units CAN fortify or go into sentry mode
but cannot move.

Production CAN be changed, queues CAN be set up.

My mistake, that list was taken from a HOF 2 game, but the order got changed
for HOF 3. I have fixed the list in post #1
 
I've ran into a problem with V1 Factory. The game doesn't find it's pedia entry. Are there more of these errors? And how can I fix these?
