Germany:

Good on foreign affairs and in other prestigous areas.

Ignoring and pushing back necessary long-term structural reforms.

The Feds like to shift from ridiculous to outrageous to take Washington apart brick by brick.

State is bungling but tolerable.

Local is busy trying to block Home Depot from opening up (We can't a Wal*mart so I guess the retirees of this town picked someone else to harass) and Home Depot doesn't really seem to care anymore.

Canada: The Harper government is no doubt the worst I've seen in my lifetime.

If it wasn't for Iraq and the general mistrust of everything Tony says past present and future, I'd say the UK government was doing a great job. As it is, it's doing an OK job.
