There have only been a few times where I've truly had trouble falling asleep, and those were because of anticipation of the next day and I'd have a billion thoughts rattling around in my head. Otherwise I've never had a problem falling asleep; it rarely takes me more than 5 minutes to get to sleep.
This. It can take me over an hour to go to sleep if there's something big happening the next day, but that doesn't usually happen.
