OOC: what's the point in having such miniscule differences in starting army between nations if in the end everyone just raises by 5 divisions and the army suddenly expands to ~100 divisions or so where the same difference in size suddenly have no more meaning...?

Excellent.

Sorry, Lucky, didn't see your message the first time through.

Greece will be happy to accept help from her ally, Britain. We thank you most graciously.

From: President Andrew Jackson of the United States
To: General Santa Anna of Mexico

We are concerned with your policy towards the Republic of Texas. We are concerned because those are largely American born settlers, and we feel it would be in the best interests of both of our nations if you would recognize thier independence.

To: President Sam Houston of the Republic of Texas

We are in full support of your independence and will back it with the might of the American military if necessary.

Perhaps we should reach a compromise on the Oregon Territories within the year? We feel a division along the 49th Parallel would be most fair.
