Isn't it funny how all the "eternal, universal and omniscient" deities nevertheless always end up having moral compass and laws that coincidentally always conform or fit the customs and habits of whatever tribe worshipped them at the time ?

Its not funny at all... its completely logical, intentional, straightforward and obvious.
Although, I will add, that to say Yahweh's laws match the habits, desires, customs and predilections of humans, particularly Judaeo-Christians for example... is a stretch. If anything the rules are all set in opposition to our "natural" tendencies. No pork?!? Pigs are freaking delicious!!!
