If you could have a drink with any famous person, who?

Adam. If he doesn't show up, I can go: "See!?".

If he does I can scold him for burdening us with the original sin.

Silvio Berlusconi, or Wiston Churchill.
they should be great drinking pals!.

Silvio Berlusconi? SERIOUSLY?

I'd go with Socrates. Would like to see the mind of this Greek philosopher face to face.

He could be a disappointment since all we know of him is through Plato and his "other" lesser contemporaries.

I would love to drink with Scarlet Johannson.

good question, I'd say... er...
oh right yeah! King Cnut! (you know, Viking dude, told off his subjects getting wet feet in the process... yeah, him)
Would be interesting to see how he would justify his actions as a raider, maybe if he even was a raider. (for the Viking period is a biased one)

My point exactly. Will the man live up to his hype? Would he engage me in Socratic argument and show the world just how dumb I am?

Only if he is available when he isn't in a catatonic stance where no one can get him out of it. :/

I wager that he could out drink a lot of people without losing mental control. Which I take pride in, except some motor dysfunction where I can "occasionally stumble while walking" or have my speech slurred at rare moments. :P

King Cnut, funny name. If he were around today he'd be better of changing his name, or at least spelling it with a K.

Yes Berlusconi, drinks and a football conversation.

Is just a drink, if is about some kind of enlightnment chat I would choose Gautama Buda.

Stephen Fry

A forty with Stephen Hawking and jagerbombs with Da Vinci.

Captain Sir Richard Francis Burton. I've been fascinated by him since I read Phillip Jose Farmer's To Your Scattered Bodies Go many years ago. Since then, I've read at least a half-dozen biographies and several of his books. His wife burned his papers after his death, so many unanswered questions (such as whether he converted to Islam) remain. It would be interesting to try to resolve such issues.

Malcolm X, for sure. He's one of my inspirations as a person, so I would be honored to talk to him.
