We meant by deploying a navy base was that you would have the land under your control, just that along with your cities and bases there would a small S.U.D.S navy base. Actually since the S.U.D.S desires to achieve super power status, then we do have the right to tell others what to do. It is something we call “being a world police officer.” It is very fun and will ensure that the liberties of humanity (and the peoples of Raiju) are well guarded.
