I claim the three territories needed to connect my territory in Pakistan with my territory in China. I also claim that one Russian territory near the Pacific Coast, and one territory in Tanzania (Africa.)

The USSR expands to cover more of South America and seal the northern border of its SoI.
The USSR's nuclear program should be active now(due to 10 LPs being invested over the two prior turns), but we must now seek to actually develop nuclear capability. We invest all 5 LPs to this pursuit.

In addition to filling in the claims in the Middle East according to the Mosul Agreement, the Ottoman Empire has managed to set up a colony in the Solomon Islands. The colony (The Ottoman South Pacific), which currently consists of Malaita and San Christobal, is dedicated to developing the infrastructure in the region, which had fallen into disrepair siince the Catalysm.
