IOT Map Thread.

I am aware of what captain crunch is, but as for tim tams
I can send you a creme egg maybe?

They're Australian "biscuits." I assumed everyone in the Commonwealth had them. We only get them in the fall and winter.

Anyway, yes, a creme egg would be absolutely acceptable.

Usually for commercial things, Canada and the US have the same stuff. Except that tighter food regulations usually mean that the Canadian stuff tastes wayyy better. High-fructose corn syrup is the best way to ruin some perfectly good Oreo cookies.

Main issue is that Vanilla and Cherry Coke (best and second-best sodas, respectively) are not manufactured here, and the only stuff available is imported and sold at convenience stores, making it much more expensive than normal Coke.

Are they different in Canada? If not, I feel like criticizing your taste buds for liking Vanilla Coke and not root beer, Dr Pepper, or Cheerwine. Cherry Coke is still pretty awesome, though.

When I was in London, Coke tasted bitter and unsweet, and Pepsi tasted like Coke instead of like awfulness. It was weird.

Never heard of cheerwine, and Vanilla Coke, Dr. Pepper, and root beer all deserve a spot in soda's hall of fame.

I think it's only in or around NC. It's the only cherry soda that doesn't have the consistency of molten rock. It's actually more similar to Dr Pepper than traditional cherry soda, and that's not just because it tastes good.

No, only Australia.

Dr. Pepper...deserve a spot in soda's hall of fame.

Dr. Pepper is great. Red and AA are obligated to agree with me.

Cherry soda, though... eh...

But it tastes like medicine! If medicine tasted nice then people would enjoy getting sick!

Then again this is from the guy who dislikes chocolate so my tastebuds could just be weird.

I have never had medicine that tastes like Dr Pepper.

I'm sure an American would say the same thing about their food. :p

The brain is inclined to prefer what we are used to. Food, culture, morals, the works. I presume some sort of evolutionary conformity.

At least that's what I've deduced from years of discussion with people from around the world. Everyone seems to like whatever they have better than the alternatives. :p

In my experience, whatever has the most sugar is always the best.

You all need Welsh Cakes!

Spoiler Welsh pride and cakes equals large image! :

Also: any additional map ideas? We could do with a map of Mars or/and the moon for future games...
