What ever the case MPR was grand and I wish it to return so that E.V.I.L may ruin other nations like it did with the USSR! :D

Let us focus on the fact that MPR will be grand in its return as E.V.I.L plays its way at the expense of its enemies! :D

MPR was a good game, but it was ruined for me when a far larger and better trained army was beaten by Rebels two times. And all the coups I did failed. In the end, it became stupid. And all NPC's were suddenly against me without reason. It was the same like a GM throwing a Comet on a player's nation.

...you do realise that rebellion was caused by E.V.I.L right? It was a case of "player decides to destroy another players nation but because the former is a NGO the NGO player decides to get NPCs to destroy the nation player for him." One of my finest moments was causing a rebellion in the USSR... twice! :D

But still, the battle system used was stupid and I blame Thorvald for that all NPC's suddenly decided to embargo me.

Well given that I'm responsible for all NPC actions, I take full responsibility for that, yes. But maybe if you knew anything beyond gunboat diplomacy they wouldn't feel the need to take pre-emptive measures for protection.

MPR was a good game, but it was ruined for me when a slightly larger and equally-trained army was beaten by Rebels two times.
Fixed that for you.

And 2:1 sounds like a lot, until you realize it was literally two units to one. It's nowhere even close to a major underdog victory.

The problem is that they took those pre-emptive measures while I had not threatend them. And this is no less stupid than throwing a Comet on my nation. You were just angry that I beat you in MP1 (You even edit in the Wiki every time Tani or I try to change your stupid idea that the GM was powergaming and breaking the rules - and you were never going to beat me, even if the game continued. I ''lost'' (not really) in MP1 because you posted a history first in MP2 and everyone suddenly accepted you as the writer of the epiloge of MP1. Also in MP2, if the game continued, it is 100% sure that Manchuria would have been beaten in one turn. You just try to make it a defeat in MP2 because you have given yourself the title of writer of the epiloge. You just cannot stop your anger because a noob beat you).

I am sorry Chris but your "victory" in MP1 was a combination of Tani rule changing, the actions of NPCs (ironically) and nuclear weapons. The results of MPR had partly to do with your RP (Sone made good comment here) and frankly it appears your commentary suggest that you have... issue.

Wrong. I always played by the rules. I just used nukes. Did not LH used Nukes? Nukes were a legal wepaons of the game and I still beat the hell out of everyone. And Tani did not change any rules. You just cannot accept that I was once in an IOT victorious.

...the rules were played around with though but not by you directly. As for nukes: the response was ill gotten in what occurred. Just because its there does not mean you should use them after all.

I was not going to use them in the first place. When Jeho said that he would help a player, I looked which IOTer played GaP in CivV and I found JoanK. Then JoanK asked me for money. So I set one nuke to auto-fire if someone (India) attacked. It was automated.

Although I don't really care... after all those hours spent writing the wiki page... I don't care...

We told you Mosher is legitimately, literally, entirely, the real Hitler.

You aren't banned, and recent unbannings don't list you.

Not gonna let this die. Also updated. If anyone wants to start listing IOT's dead since the last OP (and figuring out which "generation" they belong to), that'd be great.

Imperium Offtopicum
Organisational & Discussion Thread

Imperium Offtopicum is often defined as "an empire-building game" that spawned from the Altered Maps threads. It has had many, many variations, but generally speaking: you create or take over a nation of your choice, you expand a little at a time, you can engage in war and diplomacy and conquer the world, and the overall goal is fun.
