during times of war, the military council is formed. this is made up of all 3 and 4 star admirals and generals. it counts as the upper house, and has veto power over congress. it exists only during war and martial law.

I'm not going to read all of these posts about the war but Austria has a few simple demands:
All France goes to SUDS
Arabia has 0 land in Europe.
Imperial Germany regains the land lost in the war.

Once these 3 demands are met, Austria will leave the GED.

And who knows, should in the long run the GED prove to be imperialist warmongers then Austria will switch sides.

You are practically brand new to this game. To adopt the peace demands that the SUDS have had for the whole game shows one simple thing - ailedhoo put you up to this.

Here is my suggestion. Play the game on your own, without playing it for someone else, or don't play at all. You're wasting everyone's time.

There are pages and pages of logical arguments on why "France is not France", why Scandinavia and Arabia were perfectly logical in joining my alliance and helping me against my foes.

There are also pages and pages of ailedhoo and his cronies whining, crying, and raging about peace and getting France back.

I will say this one last time. This is a fiction game set in the future. "France's borders do not count for [redacted] squat". That's right. In 2014, France may no longer exist as a country. It may have lost its northern borders. Perhaps its southern borders. Perhaps the EU becomes a nation in a few years, and France ceases to be its modern self.

I do not have to bring up history. France did not always occupy its current borders, and there is no reason *at all* that it should regain borders from the obscure date of 2012 centuries in the future.

Now I have had enough. I am sick as hell of the whining and complaining, and this game has degenerated into something foul. If it was an animal, I would put it out of its misery.

If you want peace, then only those directly involved may discuss it. RUAC cannot demand peace for Imperial Germany, regardless if they are allies. If Zulu want peace, they can discuss it with Nazi Germany. If the SUDS want peace, they can discuss it with Scandinavia and Arabia.

This is ridiculous, and I would surrender all territories if it meant shutting ailedhoo up and stopping his whining about VIRTUAL CHUNKS OF PROVINCES IN A GAME.

With the Arabs protecting their holdings back at home from RUAC, the forces in SUDS territory are isolated. It is only natural that the southern front nearly evaporates as Venetians descend on them like locusts, destroying the Arabic occupation as quickly as it had formed. Only one Arabic province remains in the area.

In the northern regions, the Greeks manage to blunt an attack with some moderate losses. The Arabs fare less well, unable to effectively govern their new territories, and SUDs takes 4 provinces.

The Nazis bunker down in the South, but a massive Zulu attack under intelligent commanders utilises the terrain and local populace to smash the Nazis, obliterating them once and for all.

Germany, Austria and Venice send a massive force - 26 XP - against the Scandinavians in Germany. With Scandinavia unwilling to yield territory, the force they face nearly is triple their size. The Venetian military command provides the leadership needed to keep the force cohesive, with the Austro-German forces fighting alongside their Venetian comrades. The Austrians seize 3 provinces, the Germans 2, and the Venetians 4.

In the Middle East, the conflict becomes total war, with civilians becoming targets of radicals in the Arab military. Though the Arabs have formally disbanded their army in preparations for peace, the soldiers have actually donned plain clothes and begun a campaign of sabotage and terror. Thousands of fanatics begin suicide bombings, creating a climate of fear, and they are swiftly followed by professional, regular troops. Planes armed with explosives crash into dense areas in Madagascar in the menatime, disrupting communications. Thus, while the RUAC forces are able to occupy 5 provinces, they quickly lose 7 to the Arabs.

Overall, the Axis powers are dealt a huge blow, with their informal leader of Nazi Germany vanquished and massive reversals on all fronts.

XONES:

The Fourth Reich has fallen, and Germany and SUDS both now face liberation from pro-Nazi forces. Scandinavia and Arabia alike are on the run, and Macedonia faces encirclement. RUAC has lost land in Arabia, but the Arab victory does not make up for all the defeats its allies have suffered.

Elsewhere, inter-continental tensions rise as many nations begin to ponder overseas expansion due to land shortages at home. The UNC's declaration of no welcome visitors in Asia has been put to the test by Columbus, while the Equestrian Empire has also settled close to the Urals so as to avoid a land race with Brazil. The Zulu's declaration of a closed Africa has also been ignored by Italy, which has seized much of the Maghreb.

Overall, the party in Europe is over. Alas! All that Industrial-sized popcorn I ordered will need to go to waste.

Well not entirely. Imperial Germany's government has been dissolved by atomic fire and the territory split between its Austrian and Venetian allies.

I'd first like to note that I didn't claim those African territories, Tany automatically did it. I'd now like to note that if I had been in charge of my claims, Africa would look much pretier right now. Screw you, Zulu. Africa getting cordoned off is not only cliche, but incredibly stupid. Do you think a country at war is going to be able to stop expansion on an entire continent in a game where all land is grabbed equal?
