Our alliances are about equal? We have fewer nations so therefore our nations would be stronger. So for their to be a "balance of power" that is "unbalanced" the ATK must realize they would be benefiting from it. How was defending our ally Imperial Russia when we had no idea Kan was planning on switching "upsetting the balance of power?"

The caliphate was a typo actually. It was supposed to be Libya, though we would welcome them if they wish to participate.
