BTW - I think this Korwin-Mikke has some ancestors from Hungary (see King Maciej Korwin - Matthias Corvinus). 
He was known as King Matthias Corvinus "the Just"...
Well - Korwin is not a typically Polish surname, neither is (probably, I'm not sure) Mikke. Both are rather exotic.
IIRC, some Hungarian nobility escaped to Poland following the Turkish victory at Mohacs in 1526.

Korwin was also a Coat of Arms (as AdamCrock told me). Most certainly surname originates from Coat of Arms.
It was probably originally a Coat of Arms of some Hungarian nobility, including also King Matthias Korwin.
But it could be also that some originally Polish family of knights adopted a typically Hungarian Coat of Arm.
