so is it 1 or 2? I need for orders...
I always considered my population tiny, thats why I started making tribes join my army... get my numbers up...
btw shouldn't there be different education stat for my main country (where my pop is tiny) and to the colonies (where it's growing quickly)?

We do not understand your logic, for several reasons.
1) What damage did Punicia do to Italy that we should now demand compensation for?
2) It is not Gaul who controls Italy, it is DIE and Cimberland
3) It is not Gaul who controls most of former Punic territory, DIE and Luca took more land than Gaul. According to your logic, shouldn't DIE and Luca be the ones who need to pay reparations?
4) Why should Gauls be the one paying for the crimes of the Punics only because they took Punician land to punish them? I mean, they helped us to get rid of the cancer of Mediterranean, and now they should be punished for it? I do not understand the logic behind this.

These are acceptable peace terms to us.
Treaty of the Baltic Sea
1:Your armed forces shall be no greater then 10 ships and 15,000 soldiers,
2:For your support of the Heretics and efforts to stall Divine Justice you shall pay 1 economic point to both of the damaged parties (Nordrike, Mordvin.)
3:You are to persecute any non-Tarunist missionaries within your territory.
4:You must trade exclusively with the Mordvin Empire and Greater Nordrike.
5:A Mutual Protection Pact shall be signed between all 3 parties.
6:Nadruvia cannot enter into any treaty without first consulting Greater Nordrike and the Mordvin Empire.
I think you'll find this is a fair treaty, especially knowing you consorted openly with heretics.

The war begun When Carthage and yourself invaded Cimberland. That is the only actual damage Carthage have done to the lands of another country. With Gaul being the ones that destroyed Carthage, they should be the ones to pay Cimberland for the damage done to them by Carthage.

Cimberland has taken note of developing diplomacy so far. We know that we will not receive reperations now. We know this now, we knew it when we had our forces in Gaul. We knew this, when the call came for soilders to attack Punicia again for their horrible crimes against Solism. We accept that we will not receive reperations, but we also accept it was damn worth it.
