We are sorry but no such alliance can be formed at this time. Without as Tieh China has put it one of the great powers of Asia in said treaty. If some other major treaty involving Tieh China is proposed Hong Kong will consider it. We have no intentions to get on the bad side of anyone. Especially a nation with such a troubled past with our nation. Hong Kong is looking for the way of peace not war. And this exclusion of Tieh China could possibly lead to war from paranoia of a major alliance on Chinas borders. Something we just aren't willing to risk.

Technically its not an official title, and I'll remind you that right after that battle a Nortuguese-Nordrikian (then Norge) treaty was signed that could be interpreted as a partition of spheres of influence around Alba (North Sea went to Nordrike, everything west - to Nortugal).

Incidentally, I think I forgot to clarify it... The Nadruvians accept the treaty.

As an ahead warning: I'll have to take the NEXT week off from my modding schedule. It kinda ruins my consistancy record, but its not flawless anyway. The problem is that I have lots of fairly important stuff to do/finish next week, and so will probably be unable to do a (proper) update. Hope you don't mind terribly. You people always demand deadline extensions anyway (oh, and send orders too late. Speaking of which, Sheep...).

This update should come as usual, though, and if I do find time next week I'll try and update the nation descriptions, and possibly some other stuff.
