Yeah, Ludwig and Theodora will probably be my go to leaders when still playing their civs, offering different playstyles from their militaristic counterparts. Sejong, not so much.

And Korean community are fulling with disappointment. WHY?
He's not that much different than Seondeok. She was scientific and cultural as well.

Exactly... although at least he isn't dependent on governor and can apply to all of the cities... so that is good... I think?
I still think she's slightly better, if not more interesting. He gets a one time culture boost per era, while hers is at least strategic when you place governors in cities and is continuous.

It's curious. I wonder what the best way to break it. Like, can you time it so that you have a ton of campus research projects finish the same turn (or do you just need to run them?), to get a big culture boost?

The problem is that it really feels limited, like you only get 6 or 7 boosts in the game. Would rather just have campuses give culture for their adjacency as a more reliable boost

Fraxis being lame to Koreans once again.

You want to try to drop one of the +flat science scientists, right? Would it work that way?

Would someone please share Ludwig’s ability for those of us who can’t watch?

FXS dropped the ball by not leaning into a cultural Korea. It would not only be another way to play them besides Science Victory, but also a rather unique Science-heavy cultural civ. You would get things like Flight or Seaside Resorts before any other civ. It's a shame they didn't go that direction.

Sejong’s ability seems like it could be quite strong. On most civs, only getting double would be pretty underwhelming. However, Korea always has such absurd science output this could be huge. Like they’ve been talking about this will take a little more effort to juice, but it reminds me of the culture output that you get with the moon mission. This should help address Korea’s main weakness is that they don’t have a quick way to get to rationalism because they spend so much energy on science output.

It is just Seondok 2.0...
Fraxis gave us uncreative LA.
