I really think they should have gave Sundiata's ability to Sejong: libraries hold 2 works of Great Writing. It would have not only been more historical and flavorful, but also more fun than what we got instead.
I'm very confused by the unfinished wonder part -- if a wonder is claimed by another civ, I assume the bonus goes away, because the tile would normally completely clear. Therefore, it would just work as a bonus while under construction?

Man, I appreciate your excitement for all of this, but you have got to stop taking everything regarding Korea in a videogame so personally.
No one at Firaxis set out to offend anyone, and it is very clear that everyone there takes as much care as possible to respectfully represent every culture and personality in the game.

I don't know... I like many others in Korean community feels.. bit sus at how uncreative Sejong is compared to others like Theodora and Ludwig. Why can't Sejong have that much creativity in his LA?
Yes? But I would hope I have more self control so I won't go on commenting a barrage of 10+ comments saying the exact same thing. And I am sure no one here appreciates that, up to 3 comments about the same sentiment is vexatious enough, we lost count how many you posted here.
So Ludwig turns unimproved tiles into slightly improved tiles freely by placing down any possible wonder then switching away, even if you don't plan to ever build it?
And I'm fine with Sejong. It's main thing is leveraging it to its full potential being a puzzle.
Ludwig’s ability is bonkers and I love it, but I’m not convinced first part is especially potent.
You get +2 per district but an unfinished wonder is essentially a dead tile so there’s a limit to how many you want in your city, also it disappears if someone completes the wonder.
The all culture provides tourism is very very interesting though, and imo the hidden gem of the LA
Ludwig is very strong because the player doesn't have to put in much effort, as most wonders can only be built next to districts. At least now Germany has an added incentive to pursue cultural victory.
