I'd like to see Kamehameha so maybe I could add a Hawaiian Civ for my first mod. The problem is the inconsistency between depictions. This first image shows him as kind of portly, but the second depicts him as lean and musclular. Possibly we took on both appearances as he aged?

I'm thinking maybe you could use Shaka, the Egyptians for the head gear, and maybe even some Churchill.

no, just deleted the body and arms triangles. Then I exported as it's written in the guide and the result is... well.. shocking.

The skin instance connecting the vertices with the bones got lost or screwed up. This might have happened due to some oversight when you edited the LH - selected all verts, accidentally set all vertex weights to 0, or somethng like this - or it might be a bad setup of im-/exporter (i know it's not your first LH, but did you use Blender before ?).
