Left or Right of me.

there's only 8 on the graph with close to 30 people available
I can almost take the political compass using just muscle memory
chart

(-3.25, -3.95)
Since I first took this at the ripe age of 15 or so, I think the only thing that's changed is I've drifted up the authority axis a few points by saying "disagree" instead of "strongly disagree" more often.

I thought the moral foundations test from that MW thread a few months ago was pretty fun. Oh and whatever this guy's up to with his tilted political compass could be kinda fun, but there's no quiz.

Praxis, maybe...had to look that up, BTW...but...as a self confessed member of the criminal not-elite I think this might be something I would be more circumspect about announcing.
Nothing criminal in it, and there were no legal encumbrances. I fulfilled the contracts, got paid, and then released the code that I owned - same as I have done for nearly 30 years.

Contracts with the military sometimes have unexpected encumbrances...but glad it all worked out!

About half way into making this I realized it didn't scale very well but was already committed to finishing it. I didn't add anyone that didn't provide numbers (too many clicks to find them myself) so @Peuri and @Akka are not on it. Also, @Synsensa did it twice you flipping so-and-so.

It looks like I'm smack dab in the middle of the OT gender-questioning commie-terrorist supercluster which was surprising.

I used python to make a plot where the usernames aren't overlapping. I also got the average point, which is (-5.48, -4.67).

Edit: here it is with Peuri, Akka, and inthesomeday included. I think that's everyone who has posted their coordinates/images in this thread (plus inthesomeday, whose coordinates are in their sig). With them, the average is (-5.87, -4.89). I had to make the username labels and dots smaller because that qudrant is too crowded.

I guess I'm the resident authoritarian then.

Statist.

But nah, I mean, we all probably support a state, even a strong one, as long as it's one under the control of the people and working towards their welfare and not blowing it all on military projects and waste. I guess. Or maybe that's my own statism showing.

Being on the right on a forum that regularly has race baiting threads.

Can I interest you in buying some clean air?

Well I'll back you on your optimism.

It's been said, but I really feel like the PolComp is outdated. Needs a new version framed in the new era with Trump and socialism instead of Bush-era religious right stuff

it's also incredibly American, but I kinda expected that

some questions genuinely cracked me up though
