I don't quite follow. I thought the idea was simply no man can serve two masters. You have to choose between God and Mammon. I don't get the idea that Jesus thought Caesar was in any way to be despised.
TF, I'm not sure you've quite understood that one: yes, Jesus said that moral laws trumped temporal ones, but he also said that we ought to defer to temporal authority and simply do what we believe to be right without creating conflict. It's a fundamentally un-Christian thing to go looking for trouble.
