82 years. Eating too much meat and sweets probably made it what it is.

97. Based on the reactions in this thread, you people act as if it's fun to be a decaying ancient senior citizen, rotting away in your own personal hell of pain, sleepless nights, absent mindedness, weakness, immobility, and incompetence, and overall mental & physical disability, and dependence (to name a few).
Right. The really important figure is healthy life expectancy. That one differs quite a lot between persons and nations.

No problem getting old, as long is it does not yet involve severe pain, immobilisation and dementia. (In time slowing down and some pain is what you'll get regardless.)

awww man......The most it will even go to is 100 years......

88.
"You have noted that you lead a fairly stressful life. Identifying and lessening the sources of your stress, if you can, could add one-two years to your life depending upon just how much of a change you are able to make."
That gives me 89-90 years, all in all, since my life is about the furthest away from stressful you can imagine.

I have four grandparents, all aged around 70. Three of them are strong and healthy, one has severe back problems with some complications.
My great-grandmother is 89, and has many health issues. But, then again, she grew up in what was, at the time, a third-world country.
That should give me ample time to live a good life.

Of course, I'm going to be an optimist and assume my sig comes true in the approx. 50 years of healthy life I can expect as the minimum ;) .

Assimilate it. :assimilate:
Adding its distinctiveness to your own will add to your perfection.

69 years here. I gotta quit smoking I think.

81, but I don't put any stock in this thing.

I said I wasn't working and it told me that that must mean I'm retired.

:crazyeye:

89 years for me.
Spoiler years I could add if I changed some things in my lifestyle :

+ 0.25 You noted that you don't manage your stress as well as you could. Do a better job and you could add a quarter of a year to your life expectancy
+ 2.0 You have noted that you lead a fairly stressful life. Identifying and lessening the sources of your stress, if you can, could add one-two years to your life depending upon just how much of a change you are able to make.

+ 1.0 If it is ok with your doctor, taking an 81 mg aspirin every day improves your hear and brain health and could help you delay or escape a heart attack or stroke. It is best to take the aspirin every day rather than your occasional habit of taking aspirin. Taking an aspirin each day, perferably in the evening, could add another year to your life expectancy.
+ 0.5 Ultraviolet rays present in sunlight and tanning beds greatly increase your risk of skin cancer, including melanoma. They also increase wrinkles. It is good that you are already decreasing your sun exposure. Doing so consistently could add half a year to your life expectancy.
+ 1.0 There is a clear link between the inflammation of gum disease and heart disease. Do a good job of flossing daily and you could add a year to your life expectancy.

+ 0.5 Osteoporosis (brittle bones) is a terrible disease that becomes more common with older age. Among the important ways to prevent osteoprosis, it is important to have adequate amounts of calcium in your diet. Add more dairy products to your diet or take 1500 mg of calcium a day. Doing so could add a half a year to your life expectancy.
+ 0.5 Cutting back sweets in your diet to 1-2 times per week or less could add half a year to your life expectancy
+ 5.0 Increasing your exercise regimen to 4 days a week could add a year and a half, to 5 days a week could add 3 years, to 6 or 7 days a week could add 5 years to your life expectancy

+ 1.0 Decreasing your diastolic blood pressure (the second of the two numbers) to less than 80 or even lower could add 1 year to your life expectancy
+ 0.5 Getting your blood sugar checked could add half a year to your life expectancy
For zipcodes, I always put Smokey Bear's.

I got 79 years. The test said i'll get a few more years if I exercise more, stop eating fast food, and control my stress better. i'm happy with 79, though I think reaching into the 80s would be pretty nice.
