Yes, though the Dominion should really not be making a free trade agreement without your approval.

Plus the Sweden-Prussia one is just so funny - the Prussians basically have to buy Swedish ore, whilst the Swedes can shop around for the manufactured goods that Prussia will be bring, or even protect their own industries (which are likely to be swamped by Prussia now). So Sweden has just basically offered herself on a plate (and whipped herself a few times for good measure) for something the Prussians would have pushed for so hard otherwise .

The signing of free trade between Sweden and The Prussian Union has no effect on Sweden's Neutrality. Sweden has no intention or desire to go to war against anyone. Sweden already has large amounts of trade with the Prussian Union and this trade agreement should only serve to increase such trade.
