We have begun to consider major economic decisions if this war does not end in a peaceful agreement within the next three years.
This may include the withdrawl of Swiss gold from belligerent countries, withdrawl of investments, major trading within the stock market, and stronger diplomatic relations with the more peaceful side.
We are also withdrawing our embassies from Eastern Europe, with the exception of the Hellenic Republic.
Finally, we will be considering to sever ties with Prussia, Russia, France, and possibly England and the United States if they join this war.

we do not believe that severing ties with us is entirely fair as we were forced into the war due to a Prussian sneak attack, however we will gladly have our citizens move any Swiss accounts to London. Switzerland is not the only nation available for trade and we hope it can survive the withdrawl of most of its foreign investors.

OOC: I'm pretty sure France or Britain would love to incorporate the Hellenic Republic into its Empire, though you might want to rephrase that statement.
