OOC: Asking for a city I already control and the reinstatement of my allies in Finland as a separate nation are hardly unreasonable demands for peace with a nation that will easily fall apart entirely within the next two years.

You're asking for half of Hungary and the symbolic heart of Tsarist might, when, if the new player had actually bothered to be informed by consulting his allies, your defeat is pretty much assured.
I find mmfan1 suspicious, seeing his first action on joining is to surrender.
