There is. Plenty of jobs are being created. Maybe he could have used his contacts with General Petreas to network to a good job. He could have joined the military (or Blackwater if he was too old - they need haircuts too). I don't see why an advocate of a flat tax would think that someone is entitled o special rezoning treatment since it is generally far against the norm to rezone a residendial property to commercial. He got his case before the city council and even got a few votes. He just didn't convince enough of them to go against the norm.
