yes we would i promise, the military lacks the backbone for a war like this, they havnt even managed to take over Iraq yet. You think this would be a fair war, your mistaken, if it came to head, it would be a war of attration, we would fight you like we fought the mexicans, hit and run, kill you while your sleep ect. Youd fight on our terms because you dont know the land and we do. Wed make vietnam look like a sunday afternoon walk in comparison. Wed blow our bridges while your on them. As for killing our citizens your forgetting the vast majority would already be shooting at you. And America wouldnt use nukes on texas, its effects would spread to the other states. We have great boarders to boot, a rive for most of the north, a rive runs on the east, and mountains to the west. Your way in is the panhandle which offers nothing but flat ground with which to mine with anything we sit fit.
And world support would be on our side, we wouldnt leave by force, we'd tell Washington where leaving and proclaim ourselves a nation to the UN. Don't be silly. I certainly do think that the Feds can violate the constitution. I just don't think that certain actions which you consider violations are violations. States Rights are dumb and that's why we have the fourteenth amendment.
