The first cycles through cities. The second and third move multiple units in a stack, and the fourth cycles through active units, maybe? I never use 'em myself.

It works now i played a massive game with 24 civs i think its because i reinstalled civ a few weeks ago

El Mencey, this is an excellent map, I enjoy playing it. However I have run into the snag that the game seems to only grant a limited number of cities to be built. A quarter of the land mass is not habited. No new cities by any civ are being built. Is there a modifier I am missing or a folder to go into to cahnge these settings. This over sight would effect other Super huge maps as well and I would interested in solving the question. Once again an excellent map and much appreciated effort

Got the same problem...

My chinese armies conquered eurasia and now my only chance to expand is to capture enemy cities.

If ANYONE out there knows a solution, please tell us!!!

I got a solution but its mod dependant - meaning you will have to play my mod on his map...

Meanwhile I've found a Patch by Muchembled called Civ3Ext. There you can switch off the restrictions without playing a modpack.

Well, I think basicaly the idea is great. but downloaded it only few days ago, so i haven't reached my max-city-limit in the current game... will inform you per pm, if it makes the whole stuff bigger, better, faster.
