Isn't it a bit unfair to all the other exelent world maps, that you only sticky this one?Originally posted by Chieftess
I'm also stickying this map, since a lot of people look for world maps.

What's the trick to converting the language?
I imported the map and ticked all 3 boxes, then saved and it's still in Spanish.
Could someone enlighten me as to what the heck I'm doing wrong?

You think it would be realistic, to make the Nile ans Amazon Rivers coast squares since they are the two largest rivers in the world?

Anyway, I just downloaded the C3C version of the map. It'll be good for my Mongol scenario I'm making (gonna crop the map to include all of Europe, Asia, some of North Africa, and possibly parts of Greenland. BTW, why are their 2 biqs in the 362x362 version? English and Spanish?
Just a comment... You have Washington DC starting where Philly is. Washington DC is on the Patomic River. There should be iron around Philly, after all, it has the Iron Works. Washington DC should start 1 NW of that tabaco, and have some marshlands around it. Washington/Baltimore used to be a swampy place. Just ask my side yard.
Louisiana, Florida, Egypt, and Sumeria should have marshland. Sumeria should also have more nearby oil, too. The Americas (and Australia?) should not have horses, either. (oh, and just hope Xen doesn't see this map.) I'd also suggest giving England iron, and perhaps in Ireland, too.
