Good luck without Bowmen....

Ill try this too pretty soon, but will add two rules for myself. Random Leader and Great wall is forbidden![]()
Tried it, Gilgy and Vicky killed me on turn 117. Their stack:
GILGY
7Swords
23Chariots
5Horse Archers
2Vultures
2Spears
VICKY
17Axes
10Spears
My 15-20 bowmen just couldn't handle it, even though 1 had Nebuchadnezzar with CG3+C3.
Don't worry Brandon, you will get that kind of stack soon.
I guess we should leave Deity to the super-vets![]()
Well, deity players generally manage not to get attacked in the first place, they don't actually beat two of those stacks![]()
If you are on a 1 tile island, yes.![]()
until they decide to actually try to kill you...
No, they just have slight advantages for game balance...Maybe the Deity AI's use worldbuilder...
No, you may be luckier. With my horrible luck, both Gilgy and Vicky's stacks turned up at the same timeOh my god...
Which is surround by peaks on all the sides. If you are on a 1 tile island, yes.
Remember that Sid difficulty picture? I tried an Always War/Raging Barbs game in it. The landmarks:
Turn 6: Buddhism Founded in a far away land.
Turn 8: Hinduism Founded in a far away land.
Turn 18: Stonehenge Built in a far away land.
Turn 23: Great Wall built in a far away land.
Turn 32: Mongolia sends a SoD.
Turn 33: So does Babylonia.
Turn 35: The Great Lighthouse is built in a far away land.
Turn 36: Austria sends a SoD as well.
Turn 38: The Oracle is built in a far away land.
Turn 39: I lose.![]()
Whoever beats Sid will get the METY Cookie of Defying the Laws of the Universe...
...which I doubt will ever be given out in my lifetime.![]()
If yes, I win
