I have two workers active on top of a mine improvement which I want to turn into a windmill. Everything is fine, and when I hover my mouse over the "build windmill" button it says I'll get +1 food, +1 hammers, and +1 commerce. Awesome! Except afterwards it turns out I get +1 food, MINUS one hammer, and +1 commerce. I rechecked everything and the output was correct, so the bug is in the display.
Expected behavior: Popup shows proper information (minus 1 hammer in this case)
Actual behavior: Popup shows false information (shows +1 hammer instead of the correct -1 hammer)
How to reproduce: Load the save, hover mouse over "build windmill" button.
Relevant civics: None
Relevant techs: HAVE- Replaceable parts
DO NOT HAVE- Electricity (Though I'm 1 turn away from completing research on Electricity)
