No matter who, or in the case of Trump, what is president, the sad fact is that America is now a broken, dysfunctional family. We should no longer expect good things from that quarter. Time to tune out and start running the world without them.

After Barr's "summary" of the report on March 24, Mueller both called Barr and wrote him a letter saying that he was very dissatisfied with how Barr presented his findings. Barr did nothing in response and continued to misrepresent the findings of the report. Then in April Barr, under oath, told Congress that he was unaware of any conflict between him and Mueller over anything Barr had done.

Trump administration officials have committed perjury from the very beginning of Trump's term. They haven't yet been held accountable and I don't think that will start now or really ever.

Yesterday Pelosi and Schumer struck a $2T infrastructure deal with Trump and I expect them to give Trump officials a pass for various transgressions in return for Senate votes.

I think the senate goes along with it anyway and Trump takes all the credit for it.
