Nope, all of the land has been used up a couple of turns ago. You could just take an NPC then RP a coup and rewrite the country to your liking but otherwise you'll have to talk with Tani.

For the latest world map check the beginning of the thread for the Update list and click on the newest one.

I am replacing the market with a priority model. Clients now sell all their excess stock to a client their suzerain oversees. The suzerain may then buy as much of the goods as they please; after that all stock will be dumped into the international market, where purchases are determined by “priority.”
