To: Occupied Sulawesi
From: Court of Jakarta
To the occupational government of Sulawesi, the population of Sulawesi, and the military of Sulawesi, the slave government of Sulawesi has 24 hours to comply with the following directives. Failure to comply will result in Jakarta-Roman Intervention to restore the monarchy of Sulawesi.
1.) The non-Spartacus leaders of the Sulawesian government must leave the country. These leaders may take any former slave who too wishes to leave the country except those with direct ties with the Spartacus leadership.
2.) The Sulawesian government must turn over all Spartacus members who hold any official position in the government, business community, social community, or military. There was a bounty on Spartacus members and the money for said bounties can be paid to fund comfortable Sulawesian exile to other countries. The bounty on Spartacus members in the military is doubled.
3.) The Sulawesian, working with the economic and social communities of the country, must reestablish a monarchy. Whether it is an absolute monarchy or constitutional does not matter as long as Spartacus is in no way affiliated.
4.) Sulawesi must joined the Pacific-Indian Co-Prosperity Sphere and grant basing rights to Jakarta and her allies. Joining of the PICPS is grounds for increased foreign investment and normalization of favorable trading arrangements.
5.) The new Sulawesi government is free to decide the status of former slaves that remain in the country and its position as a free state or slave state. If Sulawesi opts to become a slave state, it must grant exclusivity to Jakarta for the buying or selling of labor contracts.
6.) The new Sulawesian government may only approve foreign commercial contracts with permission from the Jakartan Economic Offices. For the purposes of this argument, NGOs count as foreign.
7.) The terms are open to change anytime between now and 24 hours from now, or now and up to the point Sulawesi complies and agrees to the terms.
