i took this from the signup thread, speaking of which, can we get a very simple place that has ALL of the NPC information? the map with NPC player personalities, the leader portrates, and the actual nation names, govt, and leaders?

I believe Ailedhoo made an error placing the image there. It looks like several of the Russian leaders are misplaced, actually.

Also: Mongolia might be set to have the added lands granted to them to be given them access to the sea me guess, plus the Chinese NPCs might provide some useful buffer states. They might have use to do diplomacy with or to make into puppet states if one must.

As king of the NPCs I will be watching the entertainment unfold as the chaos in the Far East enters its finite level and the world considers which camp to join if camps must be.

World War II would be the most applicable sense; the balance is crucial to maintain. Noodlestan will have about 10 million people up for grabs... assuming the various wars do not kill most of those, any power conquering China would be bad for the global balance.
