The
Polity Alliance of Brazilian Cities is eager to sign the Amistad Charter. Brazil can always do with the labour and will offer pacts to the higher sellers of quality slaves.
The
Peoples Protectorate of the Amazon Rainforest is eager to conduct tests on subjects. Supply us subjects and there might be cake baked in a pact of friendship.
Kenya welcomes the extra labour.
The
Free Republic of Nigeria opposes this slaver charter and that our lack of action in stopping our companies from buying slaves is just the invisible hand of the market setting out to push them if they do buy slaves.
The
Incorporate States of Australia may tolerate this charter.
The
United States of Cascadia was among the first of the minor powers to condemn the charter and set out that any slaver vessels porting in Cascadia will be boarded and have the slaves freed.
The
United Kingdom of America and
Republic of Italy will remain neutral on the matter at the moment.
Morocco, Aragon, Brittany, Kirov, Switzerland, Namibia, Arabia, Tamil, Maratha, Hindustan, Burma, Tasmania, Western Australia, the Abyssinian Empire, Christian States of America, the Caribbean, Panama, Peru, Finland, Lusitania, Petrograd, Free Ryazan, Guyana, Oman, Benin, Ōpūnui Incorporated States (Hawaii), New Guinea and Nicaragua are all unpleased with the brining of neo slave trading.
Other nations are thinking on the matter.

The
Heavenly Empire of Brunei is set in virtue. As such to bow our citizens like that are not in set motion. We are a moral society set to be heavenly. A citizen being dutiful to their parents have contributed to the continued existence of government. To contributed to the harmony we will not seek to conduct immoral practices that would lead the Heavenly Empire of Brunei to be subjected to storms, plagues and peasant revolts in divine retribution against the Emperor of Brunei for accepting a slaver deal. I will hence set a example and order my military to be on the alert for any slavers. We will also set a call to the world:
offer us protection against the slavers and we will in turn be grateful. Consider this a stance of purity.
Fellow Confucius power that is the
Kingdom of Sulawesi may or may not stand up in favour of helping Brunei, although its size means it could endanger itself by conducting such policy.

We've got your backs.
The
PSA will eye with consideration and thanks the offer of protection... err is it a offer of protection?
The Noodle Republic refuses to sign the Amistad Chapter and will embargo any nation that does so, including Mosher's nation.
Also we guarantee trade with Talyorstan.
Brunei is wishful the Noodle Republic would help stand up for the Heavenly Empire of Brunei. Will you accept this task of virtue?

We wish to ask for the opening of the Bosphorus to allow for free trade and movement of goods into, out of, and through the Black Sea through the Mediterranean, as this is the only way to gain access to the sea for Arstotzka. This act will benefit us both greatly, bringing more traffic and trade to you, while at the same time allowing me and my people to access to the rest of the world. We hope that you agree with us and that you would be willing to open the Bosphorus for Arstotzkan ships and goods.

We are eager to seek this trade. The three classes of citizens in Greece will benefit from this greatly. The
labourers will enjoy the luxuries, the
warriors will require the foods and the
philosopher kings will enjoy reading your academic literature. This harmony will ensure
justice in all its glory.
Justice to Greece!
Justice to Arstotzka!
Behold the Benevolent People's Dictatorship of Taloyistan! We have arrived, and it will take more than force of arms to dislodge us.
We, but most especially Shrev Taylor, would like to offer a defensive pact to the Police State of Cameroon, Warrior Realm of Angola, Orderly State of Kenya, and Abyssian Empire. Between us, we can forge the beginning of a unified Dark Continent, powerful enough to stand on its own against outside forces, most especially the barbarian kingdoms who have lost their civilization to the cataclysm.
All power in Tayloristan rests in the hands of the Dictator, ultimately, and he does not see the wisdom in war when war does not have to be fought.
Cameroon is thinking of time needed before signing pacts but gladly likes the offer of protection. Hence a short term pact will be considered, although competing pact offers will also be considered. However what is signed will be the law. Hence if no other offer is set you may find Cameroon your ally.
Angola wants to avoid conflict is possible and gladly sees strength in two. Two can do more than one. Hence the offer is on the table and will be considered. However the idea of uniting the "Dark Continent" (Africa is not a dark place! It is sunny!) is a questionable lead and as such the offer will remain on the table less Angola be set on some crusade to "unify" a continent.
Kenya sees the possibility of setting order all over Africa and will gladly consider the offer.
The
Abyssian Empire will agree with the defence part of the offer but the idea of "unifying" the continent is a questionable proposal and stands with Angola on the issue. Abyssia is also a constitutional monarchy: hence while it will be pragmatic to make alliances we will be keeping the alliance short term at the time being till we can assess your rule well.
Stalin attempts to read the Amistad charter, but can't read capitalist-speak. He growls, tossing the papers around his office, cursing.
Best Korea and
Timor will help you! We are most open to alliances between us, Stalinist Germany and Siberia. May we protect our cause greatly!
Kenya also would likely interests in this.
