It would be nice if the nation Al-Qaeda is based out of could rein them in a little, though.

Al-Qaeda bases have been uncovered pretty constantly for the last several years, so it seems safe to say that their power is declining somewhat.

NGO's are based in countries. But countries do not have any control of said NGOs. Al-Qaeda is currently based all over the world and bases have been outed publicly in numerous continents. They have a public mission to retake control of the Islamic religion and declare Jihad regularly on countries they dislike. Other NGOs include the neutral mercenary like Goon Squad and Spartacus, who has declared war on all slave owners.

So they have to invest money in bases and if they get outed they lose their investment there? Is finding bases based on some kind of espionage? Like high defensive espionage finds bases?

OOC: Essentially, yes, you can use one of your espionage missions to have your agents search a country for NGO bases, and if any are found then the NGO loses some of its investment there. I dont think defensive espionage actually finds any bases unless you are specifically running some sort of counter-espionage mission in your home nation though.

Egypt does not consider itself opposed to the African Union in principle, but not supportive either; regardless it is open to signing a defensive alliance between itself and Bosnia.

Excuse me, "threat"? Really? All the African Union has ever done was fight back against the unjustified invasion of Ashanti by Cape Verde. We fought back Cape forces and then created a peaceful solution with the division of Cape Verde into three separate countries and taking up the reparations that they would have given to Ashanti upon ourselves so that there would be no animosity between the countries.

How have we been anything but good for Africa? Unless you are suggesting that Cape should have won?
